P&CP helps Insurance Agents, like State Farm and Allstate Agents grow by supporting both sides of the talent and development process. We assist agency owners by finding qualified team members, whether that means helping unlicensed candidates pass the Property & Casualty exam or connecting agencies with already licensed professionals seeking new opportunities.

We also specialize in providing individual sales coaching and accountability training for State Farm and Allstate team members. Our focus is on helping licensed team members increase productivity, improving communication, and helping team members to visualize and achieve short term and long-term goals more effectively, all while building confidence, consistency, and long-term individual and agency success.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Coach to join our team and support the next generation of high-performing Insurance Professionals.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Remote Sales Coach with experience working with a State Farm agent who understands what it takes to sell effectively in that environment. This is a remote role; however, we    strongly prefer applicants who reside in Pennsylvania. You will coach agency team members one-on-one or in small groups, helping them break down goals into achievable action steps, strengthen client communication, practice role playing, increase closing ratios, and improve daily workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach around 20+ agencies (Sessions are weekly and held for 1 hour via zoom)
  • Coach and train agency team members from State Farm and Allstate agencies on sales techniques, goal setting, daily habits, and tool utilization.
  • Provide weekly professional performance updates and progress reports directly to agent owners.
  • Hold team members accountable while maintaining a supportive and encouraging coaching environment.
  • Schedule, conduct, and manage multiple Zoom coaching sessions each week in one-hour blocks. Any scheduling conflicts must be communicated by Coach to Agent, team members, and Manager. 
  • Maintain organized notes, follow-ups, and performance tracking across all assigned agencies.
  • Support team members in using their agency systems, tools, and workflows more effectively.
  • Keep teams engaged, motivated, and continuously improving so that agents choose to continue working with P&CP long-term.
Required Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years experience working and selling successfully inside a State Farm agency (Required).
  • Fully licensed in Property & Casualty, Life, and Health (Required).
  • Proven ability to sell efficiently and consistently hit or exceed production goals.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using Zoom, calendars, tracking tools, and digital client systems.
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and presentation skills.
  • Dependable, organized, self-driven, and able to manage a remote coaching workload.
  • Ability to coach large numbers of agencies while maintaining quality, engagement, and accountability.

Compensation

  • $40,000-$45,000 Annually + opportunity to earn commission for new agents brought on
  • Remote role, flexible structure, growth opportunities available.

Base + Commission

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.

All Agents pay base salary plus commission. 

Starting base salary varies per Agent, generally ranges between $35,000-40,000 starting salary, plus commission. (Depending on prior experience and location of Agent)
